Network Monitoring Plans:
Single WAN Monitoring – This includes a single WAN, 1Gb Router and notifications in the event of marked devices losing connectivity as well as offline status. It includes all firmware and firewall updates, and has built in DDNS services for your Surveillance systems. $799/year includes 1Gb Single WAN Router, does NOT include initial installation labor. (as of June 1, 2026, existing contract rates will remain the same)
Dual WAN Monitoring – This includes a Dual WAN 2.5Gb Router, and notifications in the event of marked devices losing connectivity as well as offline status. It includes all firmware and firewall updates, and has built in DDNS services for your Surveillance systems. It also includes a fail-over to a 2nd Internet source to keep you online in the event of an outage. $1,299/year includes 2.5Gb Dual WAN Router, does NOT include initial installation labor. (as of June 1, 2026, existing contract rates will remain the same)
Payments & Billing: Billing time starts when tech/s begin travel to the job site, and billing ends once they’ve completed their work on-site. Please note, that if travel to a location exceeds 1 hour, you will be billed additionally for the estimated return trip. Payment in full is due upon completion. You will be issued an invoice via email. Payments are via check, or online with your credit card.
Please Note: A 3% credit card surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions.
Service requests are handled in the order we receive them. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to service your location as promptly as possible. Please note that ALL hardware / equipment is subject to availability and price changes due to current market availability & tariffs.
Nights & weekends are available, and require advanced scheduling, and subject to increased labor rates.
Rates:
Rate x 1.5 – Nights (after 5pm) and Saturday (8:30am-5:00pm)
Rate x 2.0 – Holidays, Saturday night (after 5:00pm) and all day Sunday
Late Fees: $90.00 Monthly bookkeeping fee, plus 1.5% Interest, compounded monthly.
Liens & Legal proceedings + costs incurred will be responsibility of the client in full.
